1. Don't hire people to fit the job they will do, hire those you want to share your life with.

c. Build around goals and not tasks

  1. To treat people appropriately you must treat them differently
  1. Thinking about problems that are difficult to solve may make you anxious but not thinking about them (and therefore not doing anything about them) should make you even more anxious.
