- Try to keep calm: have friends, write down your decision making ideas and focus on road not on wall (tons of bad things can happen)

- Strategy and story are one in good companies. Story tells people why company is worth joining/investing
- Need not write the story but be the person who makes it compelling - 97 letter from jobs to Amazon shareholders
- Decision making is always based on incomplete information - courage and continuous engagement to collect info over time
